Back on the barre again!

I ‘fell’ off the barre for 8 days ekkk!!!! Was down with a cold that lingered…. I worked out this week 3x and feel so much better physically and emotionally ❤️ So much love for this challenge and this workout! Sending love and power and hopefully a little motivation to get back in the barre again!
