Welcome and congratulations mama! Iβve done M/BODY during and post my last two pregnancies and you canβt go wrong they are all fabulous and can all be modified. I mainly limited any jumping in the beginning and just listened to my body. I would aim for 3 a week (more if you can!) sometimes I only get 1 workout in a week. Just continue to give yourself grace and keep showing up! Xoxo
