30 minute stretch flow was just what was needed today. After a few days off due to a cold running through our household this was the perfect workout!

Today we spent the afternoon at our local wineries and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of our Sierra mountains, vineyards and of course some wine!

Coming through and being there for friends and family when in need. I show up when no one else will.

I birthed 2 beautiful babies into this world naturally so basically a super power lol

I took 20 minutes and tackled my husbands dresser top. It ends up being a catch all cause itโ€™s high up so we put anything we want out of reach from the kiddos up there and then the top disappears lol. It felt so good to clean it off.

It is so reassuring to read everyoneโ€™s messages and hear a similar thread. It helps to know we are not alone in this journey. I have been working to let go of worry. The pandemic created some bad habits for me mentally and hanging onto worry and toxic thoughts. So I am working hard to master my own mind and โ€œstay in the lightโ€ sending love to you all who struggle with this too.

To keep the momentum going! Today was day 10 for me and man am I feeling it ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ My goal this week is to keep it up and push through and workout everyday this week!

Today was day 7 in a rowโ€ฆ. Was slow to get going for sure but made it happen and Iโ€™m so grateful I did. My body always feels so much yummier after moving!
