Geez! This one was so tough in places, but with your instruction and my trust I was able to do a lot. And I loved it! I usually stick with 30’s. But, this workout was quite inspiring. It will be my weekly Sunday workout. It reminded me how strong I can be and that I still can do hard things. Thank you, Ms. M! Be in the light to all!
