Thank you for this workout. I am picking every 30 that is off the feet right now and I’m feeling stronger and my foot feels less and less out of sort. I appreciate your careful direction. You may be the reason that my foot recovers! Thank you!!! ☀️

I got through about half of this video and had to stop. I look forward to doing the whole workout tomorrow. I’ve been off my routine of exercising every day due to an injury. Doing this video felt so nice. I had to improvise in a few areas to avoid aggravating my foot but it felt so good being back on the mat with Marnie and the crew and the sweet momma dog and her pups. Felt like I was home, again. 🧘🏼‍♀️
