I am so sorry others projected their “stuff” upon you in a nasty way. It’s tough to remember it’s not our stuff to hold, even if it’s splattered onto us. I whole heartedly agree with you- allowing a release; allow the tears to flow- is vulnerable and raw and not indicative of weakness. How cool that you centered yourself to move forward all within the commute home from work! ❤️

One of the most beautiful things I am lucky to see every day is the array of colors in my child’s eyes.

I love the experience, but I don’t always like finding the time to fit it in… especially when sometimes my workout time is at night (after kiddo bedtime or after a late shift)
