Yes what Lindsey said!! I was driving home late from work the other day and heard Brent Cowles “High to Low” song and while it’s not a typical M/BODY song, I was picturing a punch sequence with squats to the refrain and a kick thrown in on the 8 count. Can’t wait for 4/29’s class!

The only equipment is a strap (I use a Turkish towel) and the strap offers serious shoulder/chest/back work and release. The flow of the class warms you from the inside out, and the choreography feels like an “I love you” to yourself. Good for daytime OR an evening class.

I was craving a barre sculpt and burn and this class delivered! It works the whole body, but my legs, hips, and glutes (and into my core) were feeling the fire especially at the barre.

This class is M/BODY’s 3 year anniversary (of online platform) AND the honoring of fabulous Danni (aka foundational cornerstone who radiates bright light and energy)… so, get ready to move, sweat, and FEEL (your body and your emotions). It’s a true signature: all props, mat & barre, standing (jumps, relevés, pliés) and floor. Get ready to take up space.

Happy Anniversary M/BODY and Lots of Love to Danni (the novella)

Happy 3 years of your online platform, M/BODY!!! While I’ve been in this for a little over a year, I’ve been obsessed the whole time. Creating this safe space on the mat and at the barre to take up space, to challenge myself without judgment, and offering this supportive community has been an incredibly helpful part of my life.

Danni has been helpful since day 1 (technically day 7 when I made a commitment after the free trial and reached out w/ some questions), and her warmth, friendly welcoming, fun energy, and kindness is unmistakable. Yet I know, without knowing the details, that she has handled soooo much behind the scenes for everything to flow and be accessible for us. She is and will always be a foundational element of M/BODY. So sad your work-life is changing as we won’t feel your glow on the regular, but you are being surrounded in so much love and support in your next adventures by all of us! I’m very thankful for what you’ve helped create and grow at M/BODY, and grateful for some M/BODY IRL time in NYC back in June 2022.

(Pics aren’t staying attached so I’ll try to post those separately)

20 minutes of accelerated heart rate and some speedy burn! Are you short on time and equipment?? This class has you. Agreed w/ comments below about some bounce (skip the bounce for a low impact approach) and powerful words to marinade in after.
