Fall 2022 Challenge Wellness Activity is comment on a current favorite class… this class was posted just 3 days ago and I’ve been thinking about it every day since! Going to do it again during another quiet night soon ā¤ļø
This class is a beautiful ballet burn with elegant power (lovingly categorized now under my Badass Ballerina favorites). Basically all standing with brief weights (that did not feel so brief in the moment). ā¤ļø

35 minute no equipment class, with lots of jumping jacks in the dance warmup series,a few minutes on the mat focused on glutes (keeping your brain active), and super brief plank action at the end. Even though this was a jumpy class to build energy, there are always lower impact modification choices presented.

Ohhh this wonderful stretch class incorporated yoga flow with lyrical style and it felt beautiful moving in that way. I did this class late in the evening after work, as these stretch classes are restorative and doable to center you in the morning or evening.

ā€œEnergized and elegantā€ (and sweaty and wiggly). This wonderful class incorporates fun cardio dance moves (continuing the dance party from class /240) for the first section before grabbing your handweights, brings you to the barre with your ball to host a special 1:1 moment with your legs, then onto the floor for some core and booty magic. Marnie’s brief chat at the end reminds you of the love and support available within the #mbodyglobalfam if you ever need a dose, b/c it’s there for you.

Whew that is one heck of a challenging time you’re navigating, in addition to the disappointments of how you hoped the fam trip would go. So tough when you can’t get to your workouts for your mental health, but I hope you are taking those deep breaths and this difficult time passes quickly for you all.
