Kicking off Day #4 w/ lemon water (fresh lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper & turmeric) although my 5 year old has taken all the mason jars to make “potions” (now filled w/ food coloring, glitter, cinnamon, and soap) so chugging from a regular glass. ❤️

I journaled my smart goals last night and sharing them here- hopefully it’s legible. Cheers to each of you as you continue your journey! 💪

💗As I’ve read some others say, it seems the right exercises - but especially the meditations/messages of hope- find us when we need it. Congrats on day 2!

Thank you! I’m new but diving in deep in this experience, and embracing the connection with others as we grow physically but also introspectively in this process. I enjoy seeing your comments during the live workouts (when the comment section is loading properly for me).
