Ohh this was an effective 20 mins- especially in glutes/legs, but even my side torso was feeling it! Class starts around minute 2:37. Low impact but still fire-y and sweat-inducing. Beautiful choreo; I need to do this again with better mirror placement to work on form. Battements are an ongoing journey for me, but I am much kinder to myself in the process than I used to be when facing challenges before my M/BODY days.
