I agree it can be challenging to get a workout started. And yet I never regret it once it’s done. Because we need some rest time or need to manage our limited “free” time, I will ask myself if I am thinking about skipping the day’s exercise because I need to rest/relax by doing something else, or if I’m not feeling motivated. It helps me check in with what I need. That is so important as you have so many roles for others, but need to take care of yourself. And yes- I’m smiling at your comment because I dove deep into this workout platform and community since the time I joined! So I’m invested in it and in so many wonderful people I’ve interacted with on here. I’m glad you’re a part of it!

My sensitive mini is transitioning pretty well to kindergarten! And we have another amazing coach for his recreation soccer team that just started. And even though I am going through some struggles right now, I feel support that is there for me and I am taking things one breath at a time. I know there are lessons I’m learning and I know there are opportunities for growth in the midst of uncomfortableness. And my amazing child is forever my inspiration to do my best b/c he deserves nothing less. Cheering everyone on during a season of transition, and individually for whatever you are facing, outwardly or quietly. ❤️

Holy sweaty beautiful challenge!! No equipment- none- totally doable anytime and anywhere especially on the go. What you need is some serious hydration though b/c you will SWEAT. Hey Marnie and M/BODY team, can you stop rolling out such badass classes back to back?? Another immediate favorite and my faves list of classes is LONG. Once my 🍑stops sassing me (been a few hours since I did this class and she is feeling it) I cannot wait to do this one again!

**Trigger warning for your abs** Favorited IMMEDIATELY after doing this Live. Class flies by ohhh but you’ll feel it for a few days. This is my new go-to workout for abs. 🙌
