45 minute workout using your own powerful strength (and some hand weights) plus the #mbodyglobalfam celebration video at the end. A lot of punches, "4 sets of 8's, and sweat, with reminders throughout of our connection (to our body, breath, the earth, each other) and moves/playlist suggested by our community. Ending the closing meditation with "When you are vulnerable, when you are exposed, you are all the more loved. Just as you are."
