Such a fun class! Felt energizing and awakening.

Bouncy, joyful, energetic dance class that was so much fun to do in the privacy of my own space where I could laugh instead of feeling self-conscious as I attempted the MC Hammer dance (b/c Marnie keeps it interesting).

Calming and centering- short enough to be appproachable. Thank you!

That sounds incredibly painful and challenging. I hope you can heal well and maybe use the time your physical self needs to heal to continue that beautiful wellness journey in all the other parts of you (mental health, emotional health, spiritual health if that’s applicable, etc.).

Wow! Marnie’s guidelines for form and focus are incredibly helpful- all of her form reminders/corrections helped me improve even for my first time doing this class. The red light floor series was fabulous! No equipment; great for travel!

I love when Challenge Boards help me try classes I haven’t before. This is a great no-equipment class (add on of weights was nice though) that could easily be done while traveling. The flow keeps your heart rate up and absolutely no room to think other thoughts during this class.

Ohh this class warmed me up and kept my heart rate up. We use the barre for a tiny amount, but it feels like a mostly no equipment class.

Echoing Lindsey J. who described this class perfectly! This short class gets your heart rate up and is all sorts of sweaty dance. Need to warm up, shake out, wake up? This class is for you.

So glad you’re here, Maya!! A Challenge is a great time to anchor into this M/BODY practice, but exploring things for now will hopefully feel good for your body and spirit. Yay, you’re here now!
