I love when Challenge Boards help me try classes I haven’t before. This is a great no-equipment class (add on of weights was nice though) that could easily be done while traveling. The flow keeps your heart rate up and absolutely no room to think other thoughts during this class.

Ohh this class warmed me up and kept my heart rate up. We use the barre for a tiny amount, but it feels like a mostly no equipment class.

Echoing Lindsey J. who described this class perfectly! This short class gets your heart rate up and is all sorts of sweaty dance. Need to warm up, shake out, wake up? This class is for you.

Just like Sarah Y. who commented before, I also couldn't make my first Planksgiving Live, but I am SO appreciative how doing it from the catalog playback later still gives me that sense of collective energy. Despite the name, this was NOT a planks-focused class (have no fear!). The majority was standing, and the floor work on the mat felt amazing. It had a great flow of bringing heart rate up and back down to carry you through a 60-minute class. The M/BODY team handles live class mic issues with grace and creativity (perfect would be so boring).
