Class starts at minute mark 3:35. It has standing, dancing sculpt and heart rate enhancing moves (low impact with some bouncy impact options). The second half of class is on the floor with a lot of stretch and some sculpt interlaced. I loved the hip opener sequence starting just before minute 33. This class would feel so good after sitting and traveling (just need space of an extended leg length around you).

This class nails Sculpt and Stretch - I added hand weights during the arm dance just b/c I felt like it. The sprinklings of planks are making me stronger each set. This class wonderfully moves from area to area so truly your "full body" receives attention, strength, and blood flow. I feel fabulous after doing this one!

Wonderful 30-minute class to get sweaty and build energy before your day! Uses weights and ball briefly, but definitely can be modified and done without equipment if traveling. I like the balance of time spent standing and floor work in this one.

Sooo good for the core and glutes (especially gluteus medius)!

Favorited immediately - “poetic and athletic” like Marnie said. I loved the sequences at the barre and will continue working on my form each time I revisit this gem of a class (hips level and down). The floor series encompasses a lot of areas that are challenging for me and therefore need attention. The playlist was fabulous as well!

A classically perfect Signature class - incorporating moments of stillness in between fast pace flows. It was a well-rounded balance of strength, scuplt, stretch, and sweat!

Great cardio class, sculpt and sweat here, the last 1/4 or so of class is a lot of powerful plank work. So cool to witness, even after the fact, the letting go that was celebrated in this class.

Quick core class; focus on abs but truly whole core (hips and back). Nice use of the M/ovement ball as well!
