This all-standing class incorporates the most fun one leg ballet jumps at the barre and uses one hand weight. I feel elongated and my hips and legs are especially feeling the love. This can be done without any bounce or jumps, so if you stick to just pulses you can make it totally low to no impact (but the endurance of pulses and sets brings the burn). Class ends with nice meditation of releasing and owning.

Such a great, quick cardio burst class! We spend some time mindfully in our body with the beginning warmup stretches and movement, then cardio bursts (all standing on the mat, lots of bounces, no equipment, just need enough space to kick around yourself). When short on time but need your heart rate up and a little sweat, or needing a cardio burst add-on, choose this one!

This was a powerful, energetic, Signature class that stretches and sculpts from neck to toes. I was warmed up and feeling strong (or at least that I was actively getting stronger) as class progressed. Some plank work included. This was an oldie M/BODY class but a goodie.

Coming back to this one over a year later and appreciating the way this class makes me feel. Since last comment, I’ve exhaled what hurts (left a betraying husband) and inhaled what heals (including continuing to anchor into this beautiful movement practice and this amazing community). 🩵 So thankful.

I so enjoy the kickboxing themed classes! This was quick, elevates your heart rate, stretches out those legs, and let’s the pent-up energy out. No equipment; just need space to kick around you (basically 360 degrees).

CHALLENGING. Rewarding. Sweaty. Awesome choreographic combos starting with all standing, then bringing you on your knees to a modified all-fours, then some sitting w/ jumping sequence, then on your back briefly at the end. I find the M/BODY chair classes to be sassy and fun, but this particular one to be the hardest chair class yet. Lindsey J will comment and hopefully can identify the exact set we skip on the second side that you can add-in on your own to even out your legs (she’s meticulous and marvelous!). I’ll return to this class to see if I can get the moves a bit quicker, as a lot of the first sets I was a little off. Come to this class ready to explore, with a curious and humble mindset. My legs and hips feel like they’ll NEVER be the same after doing this one!

Ohhh this one brings all the pilates type moves and creates warmth. Movements are quick, on the floor, and ready to warm you up so you can stretch those gorgeous muscles. I must have done this Live and never commented (I think this was just my second time doing this great class). Just favorited it to come back to it as a great as-is or add-on. Uses the movement ball to grip between your knees in plank, but this class can easily be done without any equipment.

I unexpectedly did this class twice in ~5 weeks, as I forgot to comment the first time and commenting is how I track classes! I again did this in the evening, and it was uplifting (as the lovely Miranda M commented before me). This is a very short class with lengthening/reaching stretches, anaerobic heart rate and warmth, with no jumps or bounces. The abbreviated warmup and cool down are slightly varied. Great for a quickie on its own, but it would also pair nicely with a short class using weights or at the barre.
