Wow, this class is so well guided by Marnie. She is specific and thorough, calm but moving at that slightly quicker feeling 'stretch flow' pace. This class worked in the small space while traveling (solo mom w/ kiddo and niece), to calm and stretch my body (muscles and nervous system) before bed. My thoughts are distracted, and seriously Marnie's cues and guidance brings you back. I had it favorited, but May 2023 me didn't even know how good this would feel again! Stretched and more relaxed/calm.Â

Super quickie cardio burst, with simple moves with quick counts and quick changes, but repeating so you can easily catch it. Perfect add-on to another class, such as an arms or a core/abs class, but wonderful as a short and sweet stand alone to get your heart rate up and breath flowing (if you're short on time or cannot commit to a longer class but still want to get in a workout). No equipment, all standing (with a lean forward balance on one leg with the other leg stretching and arabesque'ing behind you). No post-class stretch included in this short class, so add your own.
