💙💛 Agreed Beàta! It left me smiling and thinking as cheesy as it sounds, I was filled with such warmth and love for everyone who showed up and was surprised how meaningful it felt to actually see some faces and not just names in the chat during the traditional M/Body live sessions! Then add the purpose of the fundraiser and I’m just trying not to cry. Whew, all these big and beautiful emotions!
Sorry if you missed it! It was so cool to see some of the familiar names/faces and receive specific feedback from Marnie about form. Hopefully there will be more in the future!

Claudia my heart is with you, grief of losing someone is a painful and beautiful experience of the connection and love that was there, and that remains. Keep taking care of you today.

Hi Jenna! I’m sorry your toe was injured, but so glad you’re here. We’re basically neighbors- I’m in Howard County, MD 🙂

Ohh did the orange citrus cut the celery taste?

I’m interested in trying liquid cayenne, but at this point I am using what I have on hand- powdered spices from my kitchen and stirring vigorously. I’m adding the turmeric for extra anti-inflammatory properties.
Yes! It makes my heart happy M/Body is donating to World Central Kitchen! 💙💛

Nice quick way to get the heart rate up; so fun to see an early video and the older space. ❤️

You’ve inspired me to try it with cucumber and see how that tastes 🌱

That’s awesome that you found something that works for you! I will try blending the celery w/ cucumber and/or coconut water to see if that helps. Funny how some things just don’t work- I tried switching from coffee to green tea a few year ago but it made me nauseous in the mornings. I wonder if a little less lemon would help you? I’m not loving the taste of the “sunshine water” (due to the cayenne and turmeric I add) and yet I can get it down and it feels good so I’m doing it daily. Yes, makes sense- throwing greens in/on anything for a little extra boost! Thank you for adding that idea 🙂
