I love the experience, but I don’t always like finding the time to fit it in… especially when sometimes my workout time is at night (after kiddo bedtime or after a late shift)

This was a great floor series with an array of modifications. Definitely low impact but still challenging. Thank you!

100% agree! In addition to sleep and staying hydrated, it’s probably the best thing for a body that’s been traveling and a mind that has dealt with those stressors and any time zone changes. Get it girl!

This choreography was fun and kept my mind very active! I really enjoyed the positive messages given throughout the workout as well- the moves and the intentions kept me smiling (which was good to keep my jaw relaxed). Favoriting this one!

Haha nice! Reading this reminds me of the difference between “I didn’t feel like it but it ended up helping” verses “I know I need a rest so I didn’t exercise, or I know I need ___ instead.” Both are such real needs to honor w/o guilt and shame. I hope your upcoming spring break is glorious! 😎
