Full body in 45 minutes, with ankle weights we can add after the cardio dance and hand weights (so after 17ish minutes of class). Those ankle weights were felt at the barre (I had some leg shakes) but they were SPICY for the mat work. Such a good fire! The warmup felt slightly adjusted, which is a cool shift. I felt my abdominals but especially my lower back, hips, glutes, and hamstrings for two days after class.

I appreciate the comments before me to help me know what to expect. Not a traditional Signature type class but definitely maintains the pillars of M/BODY in movement. Flowy, sometimes welcoming messy (especially to override the silly voice saying it needs to match or 'be right.') No equipment, ups and downs, some jump options but not necessary. Sweat primarily from anaerobic movement. For myself next time: recall which is the starter side. I enjoyed the music and now I'm craving Lykke Li (not played but something reminded me of her and can we incorporate one of her songs maybe Little Bit?)
