Whew! The legs and glutes at the barre with and without the ball were fire, and the core work on the mat following all of the core engagement and activation throughout class was strong. The beginning cardio dance felt quicker and we bypass the hip bridge since we worked it so nicely at the barre (so this 60 Signature has a slightly different flow if you know your 60s well and need a little shakey shake-up).

Powerful class! Heart rate up, legs shaking, muscles activated, cussing during the incredible abs on the floor, loving the fun and the challenge! Felt like a lot of hip openers and chest openers and I am reconnected with myself from my neck to my toes after this class.

Informative, interlaces physical therapy exercises, perfect to pause and rewind to catch both sides (if not healing on one side). Makes me want to revisit the microball class for that feel good release all over. Thank you!
