This class continues to be fav! I have experienced tremendous growth since last year when we did this live together. This was so hard for me!! I continue to grow and learn daily and that's I love M/Body. I can revisit a class over and over, and it's always a new experience. So cool!! BTW, I love the ballet sculpts!!! 

 I love the release in the neck, back, and shoulders of this seated flow. I would enjoy more seated stretches as this (no downward dogs or too much strength) to balance the other classes. Options to have different style stretch routines feel functional and accessible. I consider this a nighttime stretch so, yes, it would be great have more nighttime stretches to release tension from the day. This is great to have in the mix. Thank you!

Such a great class to explore the M/BODY foundational movements. 

Such a great class and an excellent way to feel invigorated. Coming back to this class months later, I can do this barre series on my toes! I love that we can come back to these classes and have an entirely new experience with something familiar.

Such a beautiful class with large range movements. No impact, all ground work. This was fantastic and unique. I love the variety M/Body has to offer.
