My best tip for getting out of bed early (that has worked for me) is, don't think about it, just do it. And like Molly said, some days are hard but it's totally worth it.

Hey fam! Yesterday, I took a rest day and I'll be doubling up for today. I love both of these classes on the board, especially the 30 min Standing sculpt 200. 

My specific goal is to try a new recipe. This week I'll be making a Texas Caviar Dish. I recently had this dish at a party and I cannot stop thinking about it. It's salad of beans, corns, bell peppers, onion,  avocado, cilantro. These are by far my favorite flavors! 😍

 I'm excited to get creative and put my own spin on this dish, I've found many varieties of the recipe. Has anyone else enjoyed this dish??

Talk about total body turn-up! This class is great for conditioning the body and turning up the heat. Such a great workout to kick off the summer season. The cardio series is a fun way to loose and let go. Awesome class and great music as always! Adding this one to my favs.

Hey sweetheart!! I'm so happy to see you here. I love your goals! I've been enjoying meditation regularly since the challenge began, it sort of happened naturally. And yes, I love paper books too, so much better on the eyes and deepening the connections to the content. You are such a wonderful soul and I'm glad we can experience this summer season together.
