I love this workout because I get such a release in the hips that feels natural and fluid for my body. Thank you! And the message at the end is superb! I appreciate you expanding and clarifying what positive self-talk is and is not.

I am surprised at how far I've come in this work. I saw some of the moves yesterday at the LIVE and I played today, and I am surprised at how I met this challenge. I def hyped myself up for this one because I thought it would be difficult for me. But I was able to keep going with as much grace as possible in the sequences. Even when I thought I couldn't, I did. Even when the choreo felt new and I felt awkward, I was a able to "be" the rhythm. So cool to witness that within myself! Something I've been afraid of and today I got to face it! Thank you for that opportunity <3

The lesson I learned, It's okay to be afraid of something new but don't let fear take away your ability to try.

Hey Hey beautiful Costanza !! How have you been??  I'm currently drinking my celery lemon juice because I just finished the last workout for the 21 Day Habit Hack Challenge. This was super cool to do this together.  I'm treating myself to a nice face mask as a reward for keeping at it. I had some tough emotional days and it wasn't always easy (we're only human after all). Knowing that we are doing this together gave me extra push to not give up. So Thank you love!!
