Hey Janice! This is a great topic, thank you for sharing. Yes, I notice when I focus on my nutrition (eating for the body & the soul works best for me) I notice that my mood & energy levels are more upbeat. And yes, once I added more protein into my diet, I've been feeling great & powerful before, during, and after workouts. Thats my experience so far. Its fun to get creative while figuring out the balance. Play around with what works best for you. Take care!
