My soul sister Amanda! I feel we share such a bond through our times we connect here. I absolutely agree. It's been hard to accept the "bad" and I'm realizing it's the resistance to the pain that can be so painful. Always wanting to feel good is not balance. Wanting to be seen as perfect is not real. Hiding the truth is not healthy. It's okay to feel all the colors. When tragedy strikes its a normal response to mourn. Thank you for your wise words and holding the space for me to open up. It means a lot.
