Hey Amanda Powell- Thank you for your feedback- I'm person with knocked knees too and sometimes it can be challenging finding the right alignment for my body as well. It's wild because I feel the same way about those things that felt impossible and with time, dedication, and practice, those are now achievable. I'm excited to come back to class and try again. I loved how this class challenge me in so many ways, it was super cool feeling like a beginner again. Great class for posture!

A 60 Signature with an extra focus on arm sculpt. I love that we got two plank series to build upper body strength and endurance. I found this class to be meditative and relaxing.
