Hey hey!! I hope all is well for the M/BODY team! Thank you for making this possible!

I love the challenge and I'm grateful to be a part of it this season. I workout with M/Body daily because it's fun and so joyful so I am loving the reminder of the wellness activities. This weekend has been a struggle,  with the holiday weekend, everyone is off at home, and there are family travels to which I've missed two days working out and I've been feeling guilty because I've just been emotionally drained. Giving my time and service to others I've neglected staying true to my commitment to stay on track even with the extra activities. It's a lot of extra stimuli incorporating added events in my day and I've recognized my lack of boundaries when my emotions run high. I feel bad because I've committed to 60 and I know I'll make it up and catch-up, however it's uncomfortable to know I was too overwhelmed to do what I know is good for me. So, I'm refocusing my mindset to keep my priorities.

An update of my Texas Caviar. Just a snap shot before I mixed and added the avocado. Def my new fav recipe, especially for the summer.

Sure thing. I didn't know much about Tina Turners life aside from her musical and dance talents. I find this fascinating and interesting plus a beautiful way to honor her life and works. I'm glad your finding solace in her book. And good question, I honestly don't know! Lol last year I went on a Mitch Album binge and novels taking place at sea. And I just looked up Call Your Daughter Home by Deb Spera which sounds like a good book- I enjoy emotional stories for sure! Thank you for sharing because I don't know if I would've come across this on my own.
