Hey Costanza! Happy New Year love. I'm in! It's funny because i've been contemplating beginning a guide/challenge to get back in the groove of things. This is perfect. Thank you! We had the LIVE today so that would make tomorrow Day 2?? 

This was the very first class I did when I joined M/BODY in Jan/Feb 2022 and back then I found it to be tremendously difficult! I was so winded and tired. But I loved the music and the energy. I didn't quit and Marnie's instruction and guidance reminded me to believe in myself-  didn't give up! Doing this class again, I have so much more cardio endurance and stamina. Still working on making my movements clean, sharp, and following through.  I'll get there. Can't wait to come back this one!

Omg, Stephanie! Glad to see you back. I was a bit disconnected last year from socials & other areas of my life. Yes, it was sooo good being back on the live. I've missed so many last year, and it was heart warming. 

I'm sorry to hear about your father's passing. Grief can feel demanding & heavy and a part to life that is heart breaking. ❤️ my heart goes out to you and your family.

I love how this class opens up the muscles especially the hips. Awesome cardio and sculpt series. Plus, instead of the traditional ab series, we open up the abdominal muscles by exercising our back muscles.
