I felt so light and free during this class! The bounce today was so liberating too. I love the 80's theme, so much great music to select from too. Thank you.

When Unk's Walk it Out comes on, I can't help but lose my sh*%! This is a goodie, possibly a classic in my book.

Hey Hey beautiful Costanza !! How have you been??  I'm currently drinking my celery lemon juice because I just finished the last workout for the 21 Day Habit Hack Challenge. This was super cool to do this together.  I'm treating myself to a nice face mask as a reward for keeping at it. I had some tough emotional days and it wasn't always easy (we're only human after all). Knowing that we are doing this together gave me extra push to not give up. So Thank you love!! Let me know how's it going on your end. Can't wait to hear it!! Take care!! (I'm rooting for you!! )

Hey beauty!! Thank you for sharing! Yes, my left leg is tighter than my right along with a weak ankle- that causes my hips to tilt back and laterally. My leg looks knock kneed and the left foot pronates aka flat foot.  This work has helped tremendously to "straighten" things out. During the workouts I can find proper alignment and I've began training my neuro-pathways of the left muscles outside of this work.

With that said, the arches of my feet used to be really sore, over time they just got stronger. During the barre series, I would place the movement ball under my feet if they were really sore that day, until they got stronger. And they def will get stronger. I have used arch supports as well, just arch compression on the feet which helped pull my arches up and brought some relief. Now my arches are healthy and strong.

I've been doing this practice for 2 years, with years of weight training and pilates under my belt. And my muscles have developed properly.
