That was so fun! It felt like a cheerleader with "L" shape move. This also felt wonderful on my back. Really nice deep stretch on the muscles. Thank you! And yes, love the heavier weights.

I am happy that I have allowed myself to come back to this class and to play around with the side planks. It was so incredibly difficult a year ago and while it still challenges me, I am much more into my body and in my center where the choreo makes sense. With patience and practice, I was able to successfully complete this class. And it so beautiful to witness my own growth. Thank you for being an incredible teacher Marnie.
