Upper body focus for this one! Proud of myself for using 5 lb weights and mostly doing it! The only thing I struggled with was keeping up with timing when we hinge at the hips with the weights to go out and in - a challenge I am looking forward to growing in! Lovely back openers too. Thank you M for more fantastic movement!

Classic signature at the beginning of a challenge. I loved the energetic cardio dance and the theme of new beginnings, to start anew, to recommit to oneself. I especially needed to hear that today - it comes at the perfect time. Overall beautifully balanced class with a fantastic playlist, as always!

Such a FUN variation on classes that kept my brain working & hips stretching. Well balanced class that I felt particularly in the thighs (hello lunges and battements!), hips (great beginning & ending work in wide second), and a fun plank dance that I stayed in the fire for! I dug deeper and was proud of myself for not giving up on myself in the plank dance and at other moments throughout class. Great reminder at the end about what we have in our controlย ๐Ÿ˜Š

It seems that this was my first live related to the shoutouts and the mention at the end!! So. much. fun. coming back to this in my complete the catalogue quest! I couldn't believe all of the comments on this one, and I completely understand! A love letter to the whole body - theme of staying longer in sequence for sculpt and endurance. Thighs felt the fire, as did the hamstrings and the abs! Officially favorited!!

Joyful class - great music (YES TINA TURNER!), expansive moves, and just plain fun. I loved the faster pace & hip circles throughout! Thanks for this one!

Wow! What. A. Class! I definitely felt the fire all over - particularly in my thighs and arms. The music (hello Whitney!!) kept me going, and there were a few times I released or came out of the fire, so I'm looking forward to coming back to this one to go deeper and stay longer!

The class was well balanced and themed as 90s hiphop (I didn't know a lot of the songs haha). I'm proud of myself for completing 4 sets of 8 leg lifts to the side during the booty section, and for doing the whole plank section, which was a challenge! Wonderful abs with the ball. Thank you for the reminders at the end and for the one about how we clean out the closet through this work! Fun to come back to this oldie but goodie!

What an awesome variation on a signature class!! Loved focusing more in warmup on longer sequences and the hip opening moves throughout provided wonderful stretches. The "glutey" :) sequence was a nice and activating (challenging, but not overburdened!), and the ab section at the end was a glorious love letter to the core, particularly with the use of the ball! Thank you M for the variations and change-ups, and for the shoutout, even though I wasn't there at the live! It made my day this morning!

Whewee!! What. A. Sweaty. Class! I'll admit, I was nervous to do this class at first, but it was a nice challenge and truly brought the focus in the fire. I loved the balance challenges in the beginning sets and also on the ball! Challenging ab sequence at the end, and as Jessica Gallagher mentioned, those words about kindness to ourselves and not being behind were exactly what I needed to hear today. โค๏ธ New favorite that I can't wait to come back to!
