Thank you so much for your vulnerable words Mayo. I wish I could wrap you in a big hug. So proud of how you are feeling and riding the waves of emotion, especially through movement. Sending you so much love and light ❤️

I was nervous to do this one with 2.5 lb ankle weights, as I don't think I've ever done a class with close to 3 lbs on the ankles, but I did it all, mostly without stops! I loved how this hit a little bit of everything. Activating, great choreography, and left feeling so strong and proud of myself. Definitely a new favorite! Thank you Marnie!

Did this one a week or two ago, but didn't note it in my spreadsheet, so did it again today. I think this is a new favorite because of how well rounded it is. Cardio warmup, weights, thighs and booty, abs and bridge! Chef's kiss!

I particularly loved the meditation at the end about sinking deeper into gratitude - absolutely love that visual.

Grounding flow that gentle opens up the body while building a little heat. Super gentle and dynamic. I emerged feeling calm and centered. I added on an ab series from the another class after this and immediately felt my nervous system spike, going from calm to high energy. Marnie, I appreciate the pace and build of your work even more now!!

I loved this dynamic class! Low impact, but extremely connected HIGH fire, especially during the single leg portions. It made me feel a lot better that I could tell Marnie was also really living in the fire. Fun ab switch up. All in all, this was definitely a challenge that I need to come back to.

Finally got to do this signature as we're getting close to being back at 100% after a rib injury!!! I absolutely loved this flow. Just like Taylor's album, the bpm's are high enough to bop along and bring my energy and heartbeat up, but not so sky high that others things become dysregulated. I especially loved the first warmup dance, the sequence going up and down from the floor with the leg extension, and the ab series that gently builds. Plus, I got a shoutout, which was such a delightful surprise this morning. The words at the end were what I needed to hear, but the whole thing went by too quickly! Officially a favorite, and can't wait to do this again.

Did this again a few weeks after the first time, and I was able to go deeper and also do more of the plank dance because my ribs feel better! Millimeters not miles! Also, like others have said, I loved the slower, mindful pace.

Ending meditation was GOLD. Need to repeat that over and over. I might just listen to it everyday.
