LOVE this! Abs were on fire and felt thoroughly worked by the end of class. Legs were shaking at one point as well! Definitely coming back again and again to this one! Thank you Marnie for all of your hard work!!

Second Suzy’s comment! I recently hurt my toe, and Marnie’s teachings about the importance of our feet took on a completely new meaning. Amazing how much I take them for granted, especially my big toe.
