CHALLENGING, fiery legs at the barre. Some cardio bursts intertwined. Nice glute series on the floor with the ball, and brief powerful plank series. Need to come back to this one and do it fully leaning into the power of the legs. Treasured the last meditation - hit home for me, and I'm going to come back to the visualization of the clouds parting and letting the light in.ย

Did this one in early January with 3 lb weights, made a note to try it again with 5 lb weights the next time, and loved challenging myself with the 5 pounders today! I left feeling strong, connected, and proud of myself! Love seeing the growth and strength! Thank you Marnie!
