Joyful class - great music (YES TINA TURNER!), expansive moves, and just plain fun. I loved the faster pace & hip circles throughout! Thanks for this one!

Wow! What. A. Class! I definitely felt the fire all over - particularly in my thighs and arms. The music (hello Whitney!!) kept me going, and there were a few times I released or came out of the fire, so I'm looking forward to coming back to this one to go deeper and stay longer!

The class was well balanced and themed as 90s hiphop (I didn't know a lot of the songs haha). I'm proud of myself for completing 4 sets of 8 leg lifts to the side during the booty section, and for doing the whole plank section, which was a challenge! Wonderful abs with the ball. Thank you for the reminders at the end and for the one about how we clean out the closet through this work! Fun to come back to this oldie but goodie!

What an awesome variation on a signature class!! Loved focusing more in warmup on longer sequences and the hip opening moves throughout provided wonderful stretches. The "glutey" :) sequence was a nice and activating (challenging, but not overburdened!), and the ab section at the end was a glorious love letter to the core, particularly with the use of the ball! Thank you M for the variations and change-ups, and for the shoutout, even though I wasn't there at the live! It made my day this morning!

Whewee!! What. A. Sweaty. Class! I'll admit, I was nervous to do this class at first, but it was a nice challenge and truly brought the focus in the fire. I loved the balance challenges in the beginning sets and also on the ball! Challenging ab sequence at the end, and as Jessica Gallagher mentioned, those words about kindness to ourselves and not being behind were exactly what I needed to hear today. ❤️ New favorite that I can't wait to come back to!

Did this one again because I misnumbered it in my own personal catalog to keep track of all the classes, but I'm so glad I did it because it brought pure joy to this Monday morning! I really enjoyed the music, the signature moves, the bounce, focusing on keeping my hips aligned during extension, and the ab series at the end (whew! that was a good one!). Thank you Marnie for the reminder about Richard Simmons and how he lived his life - such a good reminder in this culture of "me, me, me!"

Whew! What a great challenge! I added this one on after power sculpt /395 this morning and wow did it bring the sweat! I really felt the challenge and fire in my thighs - thank you Marnie + team for an energizing workout!

Happy belated birthday Olha!! I couldn't agree with you more - we become even more powerful as we age! Here's to another trip around the sun! So grateful you are part of this community!

No equipment workout that brings the sweat and the full body experience (definitely true to its name!). I really enjoyed the cardio dance variation, and the heels up without a barre was a balance challenge (hello wiggles!)! I felt my core activated throughout (it was particularly on fire at the end). The meditation song brought me to tears, and the statement about needing to feel our emotions to truly move forward hit home. 💛 Thank you Marnie for another fabulous FULL BODY class!

Admittedly, I was nervous going into this. And per other comments, my shoulders definitely felt activated, but I leaned into the fire for most of it. There were a few times when I drew back instead of leaned in, so I'm looking forward to coming back to this one and challenging myself!

I LOVED Marnie's talk at the end about what the edge of challenge looks like, how it's different on different days, and the edge of challenge brings strength. Thank you for this empowering reminder!
