What a SNEAKY obliques class (ok not so sneaky, but they were feeling it for DAYS after!). So connected and another class that brought the fire in all the right places. Definitely a heat inducing beautiful class, especially with the ankle weights. Thank you Marnie for your creativity and joy ❤️

Wow! Such a fun and unique class that FLEW by! The ankle weights brought the additional heat and the ab series at the end was fire! Great way to practice living IN the heat.

Marnie's words at the end really got me: how the longer workouts allow us to tune IN and in this constant world of output, we need to prioritize listening to our bodies. I also love the words about how joy is our food! Aside from that, the workout itself was so joyful. It FLEW by. Really loved the wide second with the hands on the back of the chair (felt so powerful and strong) and the oblique work paired with the leg. This is a new favorite!

LindseyJ This was so beautifully put! Also really felt the arms! Had to put the weights down a few times momentarily, but looking forward to returning to this one to stay in it for the whole time!

Great 20 minute that brings the ~sweat~! I really liked all of the dynamic work at the barre - starting backwards was unique, and then side work and back. Those knee fo the floor and extensions at the end for 16-20 really got the heart pumping! Thank you Marnie for a fabulous start to my Monday. I was so tired before, but knew I'd feel better and energized once I got to the mat.

This was my first class back after being sick for a week! I think this might be my new favorite arms & abs class. The music had me dancing from start to finish, and I want to come back to this when I feel stronger (and with both balls inflated). Had to release the fire a few times, but my abs are definitely feeling it today! Thank you as always Marnie! ❤️

Agree with you Monique about the fingers facing away during the pushups. I'd never done that before! And felt strong doing it! 

Hello signature! This one was a challenge for me. It was fast moving from section to section and everything was worked. The pulses on relevé really got me (so small, yet so powerful), and the abs were killer at the end!! The Younger You Miley Cyrus song got me - first time I've heard it. Need to come back to this one in the future a few times to challenge myself to lean into the fire a bit more. 

This felt incredible after a 4 day mini vacation! This brought all the love to the hips and legs and abs and everything in between. Like others have said, I love the movement with the ball and abs. And the theme of purpose was so helpful! It got me thinking more about the why behind the moves and the greater why of this movement.

Hellooo quads and inner thighs! LOVE love love this towel dance. A wonderful mix of lengthening and standing core paired with legs and endurance.
