My first ever Planksgiving! I could not do it live, but caught up with it tonight and loved it. I know it did not end the way you intended it to, but there was something really powerful and profound for me about moving through the quiet. I still felt connected to your message even though I couldn't hear you and for some reason, I really needed to look inward tonight.

I have been jumping around on the challenge board and avoiding this class because the towel dance classes seem to be my biggest challenge. I embraced the challenge last night and am so happy I did. I immediately put this on my favourites list - it is such a joyful and inspiring class and while there are challenging moments, I can feel how much I have grown after doing m/body for a year. I won’t be afraid of the towel classes anymore!

From now on, I will only refer to a mammogram as a "brief squishing". Getting mine in a few weeks!
