Revisting this one for my birthday workout and SO glad I did. I was in the mood for something low impact, uplifting and with a badass ballerina vibe and this checked all the boxes. Even though this is low impact it is still very sweaty and so much fun. 

Working my way through the catalogue - favouriting this one! I used 5 lbs for the arm sequence and LOVED the barre choreo. A great Friday night workout.

Lately I have been craving floor work and the need to be grounded. I have been doing floor flow classes once a week - I am so happy to have a new one to add to the rotation. I think this is the best one yet - such a beautiful and challenging plank dance. I can't wait to come back to this one. 

First time doing this one as I work my way through the catalogue - loved it! Quick and firey with an optional weight sequence and uplifting message at the end. 

This is just what I needed today - low energy, hormonal, headache ... so glad I came to the mat. I feel rejuvenated. xo
