LOVE these ballet sculpt classes. This is just what I needed today and exactly what I needed to hear. I took a break for over a month because I was sick, my husband got pneumonia, and my dad was in the hospital. I did my first live of the year last week and I finally felt like myself again. This movement is healing. In so many ways. 

How have I not favourited this one yet? I am easing back into exercise after a month of sickness and this was perfect! Started with 5s but pretty quickly switched to 3s and then back to 5s for the floor work. Not feeling like I lost too much of my strength after a month off - phew! 

Yep - same! I am always like, oh great - I don't have to stand up, I can do this! Then I am lying on the floor in a pool of sweat and actually can't get up. This is the joy of perimenopause and definitley a sign I ned this floor work in my life.
