I’m with you on embracing a 20 min workout. So hard for me to not workout an hour but trying to listen to my body! Sending you hugs for your dad! My mom is starting to show some memory loss signs and it’s so hard

With 40 min to spare before midnight…squeezing it in to say hi and check off day 1! I missed the love because of kids sports but got it in this afternoon before we had friends over. I loved this class! So much energy, the playlist was fire and I loved having some Grease tunes at the end! That song is also one of my favorites. Can’t wait for the next 60 days with all of you!!

I always lay my outfits out the night before and plan which workout exactly I’ll be doing. I set two alarms 5 min apart because I know I won’t get up with the first one 🙈 I typically don’t eat before a morning workout unless I’m starving and then I get the pre- hard boiled eggs from Costco and just slam down two of those. A banana is good too. Good luck!!
