Hey Fam, my 8 year old daughter is having shoulder surgery tomorrow to remove a benign bone growth from her shoulder. I’m a mess. So nervous about the 2+ hr long surgery. If you wouldn’t mind sending out some prayers and good thoughts I would really appreciate it. Thank you all!! ❤️❤️

Hi Fam, just checking in because I feel like I’ve been a bit MIA lately. We went on a family vacation to Disneyland and Palm Springs but unfortunately both my kids got sick with colds, stomach bugs and ear infections while we were there. Then we finally get home and go to the dr who puts them both on antibiotics which has now given them horrible diarrhea which is worse than the cold and ear infections. I feel like we just can’t catch a break and everyone is looking to mom (and not dad) to make them feel better. It’s a lot!! My workouts have always been my time for self care and it’s been hard trying to stay sane right now. Send my fam some good healthy thoughts so we can all get back to normal soon!! Thanks for always being so supportive!!
