Hi Costanza! I have been a member of M/Body for 1.5 years and i have gone through phases. If there is some sort of challenge going on then I’ve done m/body every day and vary between 20-60 min. However most of the time I do m/body 3 days a week and weights three days a week.

This class might be one of my favorites. Such an amazing combo of cardio and weights at the barre!! And standing abs!

Hi Alice! I do m/body classes about 3 times a week and my booty has never looked better! I do not typically use ankle weights. Welcome to the fam!

Oh Marisol!! I’m glad you’re transitioning to a sneaker soonish but I can imagine how frustrating hearing that barre might not be recommended. Sending you all the hugs and healing thoughts that you recover soon. There are so many workouts out there and maybe this is a good excuse for a peloton 🤪
