I’m also coming in to say hi to the newbies and Welcome to the best family on the internet! I’m Whitney from Portland, OR and have been an M/BODY member since November 2021. Marnie and her workouts are my fave ever. Can’t wait for you to experience them all!

Oh Marisol!! I’m glad you’re transitioning to a sneaker soonish but I can imagine how frustrating hearing that barre might not be recommended. Sending you all the hugs and healing thoughts that you recover soon. There are so many workouts out there and maybe this is a good excuse for a peloton 🤪

Lizamary - you are incredible and so much of what you put in your email hits home for me. It’s so hard to balance all the things that comes with life and work and being a mama AND taking care of ourselves and working out. It gets overwhelming. Make sure to take care of yourself and do what your body needs! MBody is always here! Love you!!!

45/60 here but I actually did the 12/12 barre sculpt to so 46 is my actual total. So fun doing all these together with you ladies!

Prayers for my daughter’s surgery tomorrow

Hey Fam, my 8 year old daughter is having shoulder surgery tomorrow to remove a benign bone growth from her shoulder. I’m a mess. So nervous about the 2+ hr long surgery. If you wouldn’t mind sending out some prayers and good thoughts I would really appreciate it. Thank you all!! ❤️❤️
