Hi Julie! I lift heavy weights and mix in m/body. It’s just a personal prefence of mine but i try to do a lower, upper and fully body weights day. I don’t do them back to back. I typically do weights on m/w/f and M/BODY t/th/sat.

Hi Costanza! I have been a member of M/Body for 1.5 years and i have gone through phases. If there is some sort of challenge going on then I’ve done m/body every day and vary between 20-60 min. However most of the time I do m/body 3 days a week and weights three days a week.

This class might be one of my favorites. Such an amazing combo of cardio and weights at the barre!! And standing abs!

Hi Alice! I do m/body classes about 3 times a week and my booty has never looked better! I do not typically use ankle weights. Welcome to the fam!
