After two weeks, how is everyone doing on their goals?
My favorite goal has been sending a note/card to one friend per week. Just finished writing the second. Iām hoping some of them write back. Who doesnt love receiving snail mail?

1: Leave my phone outside of my bedroom Sun night - Fri night so I donāt scroll before going to bed at night or before getting out of bed in the morning. (AKA Dont cut into exercise time.)
Cut back on eating out. Goal is one meal out and one i-didnt-pack-a-lunch trip to the grocery store near work per week.
Send a card/write a note to a friend each week.

I want to work on letting my expectations around my family go. I am so different from all of them and they will never become the people I would like to have as my family. I want to accept that and let it go. No more judging, no more frustrations, no more trying to force them into how I want family to show up. It makes me sad, but Iām sure it will also be freeing. š«¤
