1: Leave my phone outside of my bedroom Sun night - Fri night so I donโ€™t scroll before going to bed at night or before getting out of bed in the morning. (AKA Dont cut into exercise time.)

  1. Cut back on eating out. Goal is one meal out and one i-didnt-pack-a-lunch trip to the grocery store near work per week.

  2. Send a card/write a note to a friend each week.
