Coming back to this and loving it all over again.  For anyone that plans their workouts around their monthly cycles, I find this is really good for the days before my period when I'm kind of blah and bloated.  Doesn't add stress, only calm gentle care. :)

This one is great. Especially some of the floor and ab work at the end - it's like physical therapy for me.  I am about to do it for the fourth or fifth time!
