I felt like staying in bed this morning instead of working out. Then I reminded myself how good I would feel after doing M/BODY. And I got up and did it - the BEST way to start the day!

Thanks! My prescription requires me to wear glasses all the time (no contact option), so I try to get fun frames. 🙂I did have a great time. Dance is so uplifting!
