Well, there is no specific number. Just called standing core!

This is literally what the doctor ordered! Just got back from a rheumatologist appointment. He and I agreed that building strength and stability is my current treatment goal. Enjoyed the flow and challenge today. I will keep doing this and so grateful for the theme this month!
