Lots of fun choreography and brain work in this one. Plus all the props with quick transitions 🙌 And a fire plank series, because must do all the things with a signature 🤩

My old girl with her muddy paws on my mat patiently waiting for me to start class. Her eyes looking right at me, her white muzzle and brows, her head resting calmly. I remember when you wouldn’t let me move without jumping all over me. But here she is, just being with me. Aging can be beautiful, huh Elle?

Bahaha that song takes me back! Right there with you on the not wanting to move this morning and overriding and doing it. I’m also a teacher, but early intervention special purpose school so no spring break 😩
