Such a great goal! And it will hands down help you with the jumps. Food is fuel and oh so necessary. Especially if you notice dips in energy trying to get through a workout.

I will definitely try less lemon! And get some fresh. I do like ACV in celery juice so maybe thatโ€™ll be my go to. I like the sunshine water idea! Do you use the liquid cayenne?
