I love this so much, all of it. The awareness and desire to reach out more (same, and I can say without any hesitation that letting myself be open on socials with the fam has been life changing, and so freaking worth it); and your personal goals. So good 🙌

Super well rounded class; like a signature but shorter and no props required. Using hand weights or balas after cardio dance was safe and doable though if anyone wants to try! I love seeing the roots of M/BODY and how some things have changed and some are so wonderfully the same.

So much FUN!! The cardio dance is brain working bounce with quick changes that make you feel joyful just for following along. I loved the new choreo for legs at the barre, and the extra jumps thrown in for balance and flush, hello endorphins. Great jump start to a work day!

Oops, posted too soon. I came to this class with sore muscles and a quiet mind and loved it. Yes my thoughts came, yes my muscles stretched, yes my brain raced. Working on balance and am coming back to this one for sure.
