I honestly love all of the workouts, but looking through, I think #69 45min abs and glutes was a kicker!!

Something scary: I have difficulty with speaking in public or even on Zoom. I've been working on this a lot lately, as it is needed for my position at work. I've been working on grounding myself and breathing. Also having a post it saying "I Am Enough," because I am. I'll keep working on this! Work in progress โœจ๏ธ
