Obsessed!! This class removes impact which means you can focus on form like nothing else. All of the details you’ve worked in other classes come together and you will feel like a badass ballerina @bendingnotbreaking. This class will kick your a** in the best way possible. Never bored, leg shaking, change making strength. And when you’re done, you will feel that “I did it” pride and spike of endorphins.

I loved this class! The energy from the verbal focus on connection is so loving and genuine. This fam..❤️ The class itself was SO good. The single leg series was an absolute fave and it feels so amazing to feel coupe strength after months of practicing. Love the floor glutes always, and ball ab dances are perfection. Thank you for helping us to be strong, loving, community focused humans Marnie and team

Definitely do this class when you don’t have littles, regular or fur, to interrupt. It will take all your concentration to do the choreo and keep those weights up. Especially 3lbs, but that may just be me lol Such a great class, low impact, almost all weighted, and serious burn with some new extended arm moves.
