Wow, I forgot how fast and freaking fun this class is! You have no time to even think about feeling tired because your brain is needed to fire your body to follow the choreo. Plus you get to do some truly unique side lying ab work. Love it!!

It’s like the side of your butt, not on your hip, below it. Your butt will cushion the move but definitely have a mat too!

Never have I felt arm burn like with the single arm series. Such amazing tiny muscle activation. Genius Marnie. 2lbs was definitely good for me. I loved the new combo incorporating leg lift to floor, so fun!

This class is like a quick signature. Fast, effective, full body with no equipment and nothing overburdened.

Hi Carly, sorry to hear that you were so sick! I echo the fam below on class recs. A few other options are to look for floor only classes, ie short floor abs classes, also class 115 is a gentler class that has a relaxing feel. My go to is low impact short sculpt classes when I’m low energy.
